Document Processing

SAP Research Agent can read uploaded attachments and optionally add them to the knowledge graph for future reference during your research session.

Supported File Types​

  • PDF documents
  • Word documents (.docx)
  • Excel spreadsheets (.xlsx)
  • Text files (.txt)
  • Images (.png, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .webp)

How It Works​

  1. Upload a document to your research session
  2. The agent extracts and processes the content
  3. Document contents become available as context for your questions
  4. Ask the agent to add the document to the knowledge graph if you want it available for reference throughout the session
